Psalm 4

I'm so reminded in reading Psalm 4 that often times as women / girls, we tend to let anger gain control over us and we start to speak unkind words, etc..! The Psalms say "Don't sin by letting anger gain control over you". TOday, think about it, when you are angry, what is usually your response?

The Psalm continues to say "Think about it overnight and remain silent. Offer proper sacrifices and trust in the Lord". Remember, your feelings are very real, but do not sin by letting anger GAIN CONTROL.

Prayer: Lord, give us good rest and sleep when we lie down and today we come before you praying that Lord, teach us self control and teach us to appropriate our anger in the correct manner. We love you Jesus, In Jesus name we pray, AMEN
